Fact is at least Greenway has a CCHIT certified EMR ....now they just need to get cash positive and get those margins up if they want to take the company out as I have been hearing which is why Tee has been making the rounds at all the investor conferences testing the waters against the MDRXs, ATHNs, CERNs and QSIIs of the world. even if the IPO market wasnt what it is, Greenway would be two years out at best with the numbers i have seen....ATHN's IPO was a dream in the making and it took years to get them ready not to mention they have a totally different biz model as well. there really are only a few HCIT vendors that do a top notch job with PR, PracticeFusion is not one of them. Typical west coast start up - cant even find who their VCs are - how legit could they be in that neck of the woods?
