I am also a trainer for a different software and am very interested in finding out more about the ALLscripts and USF partnership. From what i have gathered it looks like that there is going to be compesation from the stimulus package to facilitate a higher learining enviorment or “class” to receive this money. I would like to know if you have received this money and how you were able to receive it.

The problem with being a trainer for this software is that there is no money in it. This is a loss leader product for Allscripts. They think they gaining market share. The truth is that most of the offices that get this free tecnology (including hardware) abandon it within 4 weeks.
I worked on this project when the e-prescribe software was released. Its kind of a joke.

Unproven hype. Certified EHR systems have yet to prove increased quality, decreased errors, and they increase the cost of caring for Medicare patients exponentially. All of Mr. Tullman’s lobbying money to President Obama may have swayed the president, but it won’t work with the doctors who are supposed to buy this expensive technology.

The way I see it, this is an Allscripts demonstration project on how they can take over health care in the USA.
