		<description>I am intimately familiar with how the credit card industry works - it&#039;s just that 3-5% is awfully high.  Even the 1/2-scam offers of &lt;2% aren&#039;t that far off.  3% would be on the high end for most of the dozens and dozens of practices I know using credit cards.

Someone tell me they have a different experience, but ~2.5% is closer to what I see every day.</description>
