It reminds me of a sales call one holiday season. I was waiting for a colleague in the lobby of a childrens hospital. Like a cafeteria in a hospital on a holiday, mentioned by Dr. Diamond, a lobby of a children's hospital, anytime, is a place where your petty issues and problems seem meaningless and trivial.
