The vendors and consultants I&#039;m in contact with are all holding their breaths right now waiting for the release of final rules.  One vendor I recently spoke to said that it feels like his clients are &quot;all on the starting line waiting for the gun to go off.&quot;   It will be interesting to see what changes, if any, to MU will be made when final rules are released and how much the release of these rules accelerate adoption.</description>
