The vendors and consultants I'm in contact with are all holding their breaths right now waiting for the release of final rules. One vendor I recently spoke to said that it feels like his clients are "all on the starting line waiting for the gun to go off." It will be interesting to see what changes, if any, to MU will be made when final rules are released and how much the release of these rules accelerate adoption.
