Reefdiver,

I think Talk of the Town was pointing out the obvious - and hardly woman's lib talk, honest exec males agree. Yes, anyone CAN express an opinion, but take average 23 HIT exec leaders and you'll see 20 white men. It may surprise you to know that the old white boy network is alive and well in HIT. If you don't see this, you're not paying attention or don't know many women in the business.

The fact that the health care industry is dominated by women and has huge minority population makes this ratios all the more skewed. A little real diversity at the top might be refreshing and productive, and more reflective of the population vendors serve and society at large.

Talk of the Town...what the heck is your point? Anyone can respond...especially with "opinions"......what ax are you trying to grind? Assuming you're NOT a white male....you certainly failed to put up an "opinion"...failing to remedy your own point, whatever it was....

Great graphic of a doctor smoking a pipe! What?

[From Mr. HIStalk] You must be a new reader since I've explained at least a dozen times that it's ironic (like the reflector, obviously, a 1950s throwback). Man, HIT people are so literal!

Might be a good idea to do reverse alphabetical order occasionally, too. Otherwise, Glen's always first!
